1999 - 2018
Tilt-A-Whirl was a spinning ride. The cars spun around in a huge circle. The car also rotated a full 360 degrees while it was spinning.
A Family Favorite
Tilt-A-Whirl was one of two rides in Camp Snoopy that didn't fit the theme with Camp Snoopy opened in 1999. In 2014 Lolli Swing became Charlie Brown's Wind Up, leaving Tilt-A-Whirl the only unthemed ride in Camp Snoopy.
After Camp Snoopy opened in 1999, Cedar Point continued to add rides that would make the ride unique: Millennium Force (2000), Wicked Twister (2002), Top Thrill Dragster (2003) maXair (2005), Skyhawk (2006), Maverick (2007), Planet Snoopy (2008), Shoot The Rapids (2010-2015), WindSeeker (2011), Dinosaur's Alive (2012-2018), GateKeeper (2013), Pipe Scream (2014), Wilderness Run (2014), Rougarou (2015), Valravn (2016), Cedar Point Shores Waterpark (2017), Steel Vengeance (2018), Forbidden Frontiers (2019).and Snake River Expedition (2020).
