IT would be the last addition to the park added by G.A. Boeckling. The ride closed in 1951 because over the years it had fallen into disrepair.

Opening in 1990, as Cedar Point's only roller coaster to ever operate entirely inside a building, Disaster Transport took its riders into space and places unknown for 22 seasons. This ride first opened in 1985 as Avalanche Run before being enclosed as Disaster Transport. This ride is missed, but GateKeeper is an amazing ride that is living on in its location.
